Shipping
SHIPPING – US ORDERS
We ship from the United States and provide tracking for all orders. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or during U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control, and Waimea is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier or the customer. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
During peak holiday periods (such as December 25–26), order processing may take longer than usual.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Orders under $100 USD will incur a shipping fee.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT ON DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with an Indirect Signature Requirement, meaning someone must sign for the delivery. If you cannot sign for the order, we recommend using the courier's online portal to hold the package at the nearest pickup location to prevent the shipment from being returned to sender.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping still requires standard warehouse processing time.
- Orders placed after 10:30 AM PST / 1:30 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
- If an express order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next working day, and the package will ship once processing is complete.
TRACKING UPDATES
All orders are shipped using a trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you do not see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
ORDER ADDRESS ISSUES
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, Waimea is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Once an order moves into processing, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, Waimea is no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is lost or stolen:
- You must open a claim directly with the courier.
- We will assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Weather conditions, courier delays, or other operational issues may impact delivery timelines. Waimea cannot refund shipping costs due to courier delays.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In certain situations, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs. No additional shipping fees will be charged for partial shipments.
